Pricing
Trademarks Online charges a one-off fee for applying to register a trademark in Benelux which gives you protection in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg:
An application for one trademark in one class: €470
Additional classes in the same application: €150 per class (optional)
These costs include all Benelux Trademark Office official fees.
*A class refers to the product category your goods or services fall in. For example, “clothing” is in class 25, while “catering” falls in class 43.
